Toddlers (one year old and above) should drink about 2 to 3 cups of cow’s milk (the equivalent of about two servings of dairy) each day, amounting to no more than 300 mL in a 24-hour period. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Some toddlers do not like milk and in that case, they should be offered different other milk products (like curd, paneer, buttermilk, cheese, ghee etc) rather than force-feeding them milk to reach the desired quantity of 300ml.
Stick to the whole milk variety, which contains the fat content that your baby needs to grow.
