Every baby is different. Some prefer to nibble more often, while others prefer to drink more at once and wait a long time between feedings.
If your baby is being breastfed exclusively, then feed on demand. There are no maximum counts but a minimum of 6-8 times a day is recommended.
If your baby is being formula-fed, offer them 30ml first and then gradually increase as per their demand.
If your baby finishes 30 ml, make 60 ml for the next feed and see how much the baby takes.
After a few days, when the baby starts finishing 60 ml, make 90 ml for the next feed and observe how much the baby feeds.
Continue this to cater to the demand and needs of the baby.
If your baby vomits, reduce the amount of milk during the next feeding.
