Generally, babies eat the right amount by themselves. However, sometimes they may eat more than required. Bottle-fed babies are more likely to overeat because it’s easier to feed from a bottle than breastfeeding.

Here are some indications that your baby may be too full:

– Your baby moves the bottle or breast away.
– They seem to move their attention away from feeding.
– They spit out the milk or the formula.
– They look disinterested during feeding.
– They are fussy or skirmish while feeding.
– You see them starting to fall asleep as they are feeding.
– They lower down or stop sucking on the bottle or the breast.
– Their hands and legs start to relax.
– They arch their back during feeding.
