Should I still give my baby breast milk or first infant formula, if s/he is 6 Months?

That’s right! Breast milk or formula milk is the best source of energy and nourishment during the first year, and it should be your baby’s major source of nutrition until they are 12 months old.

If the infant is exclusively breastfed for the first six months, continue breastfeeding your child alongside offering solid foods; there is no need for offering formula.

If the infant is given formula milk for the first six months, continue this 6-7 times a day along with solid foods.
